| Walldesign is a 17,000 square foot, three story high end tenant improvement project located in Newport Beach California. The first floors consist of the main entrance and parking structure. The second and third floors comprise the offices. This project was a design and build project. We took an existing office building and completely demolished the interior and reconstructed it with interior glass walls in all the offices and conference rooms. An opening was created between the second and third floors creating a very dramatic entrance to the building while also allowing
the owner to have a more spacious feeling from all view points in the office space.
Design Team consisted of:
David Olsen of David R Olson Architects was the team leader on the office layout design.
Lisa Henry of Henry West Design worked closely with the Architect and Contractor in interperting the vision of the owner and incorporating them in the interior colors and finish materials.
Mickey Bearden Vice President of Woodburn Construction Company served as the lead on the construction aspect of the project and worked as the liason between the Architect, Designer and all Subcontractors.
Dick Hatter, Vice President of Walldesign Inc., was the client liason.
